Sandblasted signs have been blasted with sand to create a textured background, while leaving the letters raised. There are two materials available for sandblasting, cedar and signfoam. Cedar has a wood grain texture and signfoam has a pebbly texture. Both can be formed into any shape or design and are hand painted in your choices of colors.

Routered signs use a router table to carve out the letters and graphics from the background. Cedar, signfoam, and a variety of plastic substrates can be routered and painted.
